“I guess I never really knew I had a case of the shingles… three layers of them, in fact.
We were under contract to sell our older home, but hit a snag when it was discovered the multilayered shingle roof couldn’t be insured. A couple months prior, our insurance company had sent another contractor out who found no weather damage… but based on what we could see with our own eyes and the fact that the roof appeared to be uninsurable by other insurers, we pursued the matter with USAA who advised us we could have a different contractor of our choosing go out and provide a second opinion.
A friend recommended Brett with Aspire Roofing, and from the first few seconds of speaking with him and throughout this process, he has been nothing but pleasant, understanding, and very invested in our interests. He came out within 24 hours to see our roof, and then provided us with more than one option for how we could proceed.
Brett’s claim that he also knows what insurers need to see was also good as gold, as he met with our insurance adjuster on the roof and later that afternoon our claim was moving forward. He is ready to begin as soon as we’re cleared, and I am so thankful he was both willing and knowledgeable in meeting with our insurance rep to ensure the home is in proper condition.
